Website launch acceptance checklist
Run the tasks a buyer will attempt, then record what happened. Use the checklist to put a name and an acceptance check against each unresolved blocker.
Test critical buying and enquiry journeys
Start every check as Not tested. Use a permitted test environment for checkout and delivery tests. Record the device, destination and observed result. A row marked Passed is your assessment; the checklist does not run tests or authorize a release.

Review the prepared values below before downloading. You can return to the entries, make a change and prepare a new version. The CSV includes your entries and review notes. Values beginning with spreadsheet-sensitive characters receive a leading apostrophe. Review the file when opening or re-saving it in a spreadsheet app; escaping behavior varies between applications.
