How an Amadeus project works

Youssef Hodaigui is responsible for strategy, design/build, client review and handoff at Amadeus. A project begins with the buyer action that needs attention: an order, demo, trial, visit or booking. From there, we identify the pages and dependencies, agree the work, review the result against the task and make the handoff usable.

Request a website review

What should you bring to the first conversation?

Bring your current site and one page or journey that is not doing its job. Explain who uses it, what they need to know and what should happen next. For a store, add a representative product and its buying rules. For SaaS, add the product facts and demo or trial path. For a local business, add visit or booking details.

You do not need to solve the design first. A useful starting question is, “Where does this buyer have to stop and ask us for help?” The website brief builder can organize what you know. The services directory helps choose the right offer.

How do we turn that path into a scope?

Youssef maps the current path and proposes the pages, content or technical work needed to improve it. The project scope names deliverables, who supplies and approves facts, systems that need access, review points and the checks for completion. A new product template, an inventory connection and a URL migration are distinct tasks; each should be visible in the quote.

For an illustrative store project, the path might be collection → product option → cart → checkout. The scope could identify a product template, an unavailable-option state, fulfilment copy and the checkout handoff. This is an example for discussion, not a standard package or a completed client project.

What will you review while the work is underway?

For website work, you review the planned route, the relevant screens and content, then the built behavior against agreed checks. For SEO, you review the pages and evidence behind the proposed priorities, the changes made or recommended, and what can be observed afterward. Youssef remains responsible for client review across either kind of engagement.

A design review asks whether the buyer can understand the choice. A working check asks whether the action actually reaches its destination. If a form, payment or booking relies on another system, the agreed test needs appropriate access and conditions. See the website launch checklist for a way to record these checks.

What does handoff include?

Handoff should make the agreed work understandable and usable. For a website, discuss editor tasks, access, hosting, assets and any ongoing maintenance before signing the scope. For SEO, discuss the pages changed, recommendations requiring client action and the evidence available for follow-up. The proposal sets the specific deliverables, responsibilities and terms for your project.

What does the work cost?

Website design from $3,000 a project. We quote the work after reviewing the project.

SEO from $3,000 a month, including AI search. We quote the work after reviewing the project.

A quote reflects the work and dependencies found in the review. Project costs explains the factors behind each price basis. If the main problem is the site experience, see custom website design; if buyers cannot find the right pages, see SEO services.

What happens when you get in touch?

Send your site, business model and the buyer action you want to improve. Use the contact form to share those details with Youssef. That starts a discussion about fit and scope; it does not itself book a meeting or place an order.
