Enquiries and correspondence
The contact form asks for your name, email address, business name, business model and the buyer action you want to improve. You may also provide your website. We use those details to assess your enquiry and reply. Please do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information.
The form passes your enquiry through Cloudflare to our business email inbox. Your email provider also processes any message you send directly. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. The form does not accept attachments or payments.
Website operation and security
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Requests can include technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and time of access. Infrastructure providers may process this information to operate the service and prevent abuse. Cloudflare security features may use cookies; see Cloudflare’s cookie information.
The website does not load advertising pixels or audience analytics scripts. We do not use enquiry information to build advertising audiences.
Tools and demonstrations
The interactive worksheets and fictional design demonstrations run in your browser. Their entries stay in the current tab and are not submitted to Amadeus. A worksheet download is saved on your device. Closing or reloading a tool clears its current working entries. The contact form is different: submitting it sends the details described above.
Access, retention and your choices
Youssef Hodaigui handles enquiries for Mindflow Marketing LLC. Cloudflare and our email services process information needed to deliver the site and correspondence. Enquiry records may be retained while we discuss a project and where needed for business records or legal obligations; this site does not promise an automatic deletion interval.
Email youssef@amadeusconsulting.com to ask about information you have supplied, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and consider obligations that require a record to be retained. Available rights depend on the law that applies to you.

Links to website templates, reference sources and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice applies to Amadeus Consulting. We will update it when this site’s handling changes.
