Prepare a website brief for an independent store, showroom or appointment business. Record the information a buyer needs before visiting, booking or making an enquiry.
Document real services opening hours and contact routes
Use the hours, locations and services you can confirm. Include holiday exceptions, appointment rules and pickup instructions where relevant. Name the person who will keep the details current and record the source for images and service copy. Do not put passwords or private customer information in the brief.
