Conversion priority board
Put the broken task beside the evidence. Separate observed friction from an idea that still needs testing, then assign an owner and a clear acceptance check.
Separate broken tasks from uncertain hypotheses
Use Broken task when a buyer cannot finish the task, Observed friction for a reproduced obstacle, and Hypothesis for an untested explanation. The board groups those in that order, then puts smaller effort first within each group. It does not estimate revenue or conversion uplift.
