How do we agree the scope?
We agree the pages or systems in scope, the changes or findings to deliver, and what you will review with Youssef. The exact work follows your current site and requirements.
Can you work with our existing website and team?
The review begins with the site and tools you already use. Youssef leads strategy, the scoped design or implementation, client review and handoff. We identify dependencies on your platform, data, accounts and existing team before committing to a change.
What should we send with an enquiry?
Send the site and the editing tasks your team needs to perform, such as updating a page or product. We will scope the handoff around those tasks.
What should we be able to do after website handoff?
Agree the routine editing tasks first, then walk through them in the actual editor and relevant roles. The handoff should explain where a change belongs and when it needs specialist help. Account ownership, hosting and ongoing support must be stated in the project agreement rather than assumed from training alone.
