Can you work with our existing website and team?
The review begins with the site and tools you already use. Youssef leads strategy, the scoped design or implementation, client review and handoff. We identify dependencies on your platform, data, accounts and existing team before committing to a change.
What should we send with an enquiry?
Send the current site, the page or step where buyers get stuck, and the action you want them to take. We will review the project before recommending a scope.
When should a site say a booking is confirmed?
Only when the underlying process actually reserves the appointment and provides the intended confirmation. If the business still needs to approve the request, the page should say so. We review availability, conflicts, notifications and cancellation rules with the business before deciding how the form and confirmation states should read.
Can the site report confirmed bookings?
