Can an automated scan establish that our store is accessible?
An automated scan can flag some issues, but it cannot establish that shoppers can complete every task. The audit scope should include manual checks of product selection, keyboard use, errors and checkout where access permits. We describe the tested scope and remaining limits; an audit is not a legal certification.
